Плата, которую обязан своевременно вносить арендатор за пользование арендованным имуществом. Регулярные платежи арендодателю за сданное в аренду имущество, производимые в течение срока аренды, включают амортизационные отчисления от стоимости арендованного имущества, а также арендный процент, т.е. часть прибыли, недополученной собственником из-за невозможности использования арендованного имущества.
